Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  You will receive an e-mail notification with tracking/delivery confirmation when your order ships. If you created an account with us you can check your order status by clicking the "Your Account" link at the bottom of our site.

Please note: Orders will not show up under "Your Account" unless your order was placed after account creation.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once orders have shipped they are no longer editable. If you did not create account with us and would like to make a change to your order please e-mail info@citikitty.com
How do I track my order?
  A shipping confirmation with Tracking/Delivery Confirmation number will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped.

If you have an account with us you can view your order history along with your tracking number(s) by clicking the "Your Account" link at the bottom of our site.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If a notification was left for you by the shipper please contact them directly to arrange re-delivery of your order. If your packages each show a status of "delivered" and you did not receive your package please contact us at info@citikitty.com
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped and have been delivered to you already. Please note some orders may arrive in multiple packages and in seperate shipments. If the item you order is marked "delivered" and is missing from your shipment please contact info@citikitty.com so we can correct your order.
My product is missing parts.
  We apologize for the error with your order. Please contact info@citikitty.com with your order number and the parts that are missing so we can correct the issue for you.
When will my backorder arrive?
  Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock. As soon as they are available we will notify you via e-mail and ship the the item to you.
